HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE CONCLUDES A TWO-WEEK LONG MONITORING EXERCISE ACROSS MDAs ON THE CONDUCT OF THE 2024 IPAS MID-YEAR REVIEW After two weeks of traversing across MDAs in the Western Area, HRMO wraps up its 2024 IPAS Mid-Year monitoring exercise today. It could be recalled that the Directorate of Performance Management commenced this exercise on Monday 29th July, 2024 with the over-arching aim to verify and measure the level of compliance by Civil Servants in Grades 1-10 on the conduct of the 2024 Mid-Year individual performance appraisal. This is soon to be followed by a comprehensive report, detailing the findings and recommendations for the attention of the Director-General and the Civil Service leadership.
